Stride’s (parent company of K12) mission is to help learners of all ages reach their full potential through inspired teaching and personalized learning. We do this by providing clear pathways for learners to expand their skills, explore their options, and change their lives.
Toolkit to Combat Human Trafficking

Helping trucker stop owners bring a stop to human trafficking.
Situation
NATSO has been representing travel plaza and truckstop owners and operators for over 50 years and pursues a clear mission. I was tasked with creating a toolkit that helps truckstop owners to identify the signs of human trafficking, what actions to take, and how to become involved in local legislation.
Solution
Design a physical piece that can easily be distributed to truckstop owners throughout the county. I designed the piece with a clean hierarchy, bold but serious colors and photos, and clean lines. The piece was so well received it was incorporated into NATSO’s magazine and other association materials.
